Refund policyReturns and Refunds
On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier) and (at your option) replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges.
In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only. Goods should be returned to us at your cost in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
In the event you wish to return any of our products, email us at email@example.com or call 01904 60 87 87 and advise our customer services team you wish to return your goods. For faulty items we will first try to establish the fault. If this cannot be rectified over the phone we may ask you to return the goods under our warranty system. Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds / replacements will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.
