Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the current rate and will be clearly shown when you click on the View Basket button. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Sommer UK Ltd cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before you receive the goods, and up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods, by notifying us in writing or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within two working days of receiving it. Therefore, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we will be unable to prevent any goods you have ordered being dispatched to you and you may then need to return them to us. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
Returns and Refunds
On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier) and (at your option) replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges.
In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only. Goods should be returned to us at your cost in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
In the event you wish to return any of our products, email us at email@example.com or call 01904 60 87 87 and advise our customer services team you wish to return your goods. For faulty items we will first try to establish the fault. If this cannot be rectified over the phone we may ask you to return the goods under our warranty system. Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds / replacements will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.

Worried about using your payment card online?...
Our site uses Secure Server software that encrypts your credit or debit card information to ensure your transaction with us is private and protected as it travels over the Internet. When you are on the pages which collect your personal information or payment details look for "https" at the beginning of the website address and for the padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window. This tells you that the connection is secure.
Every payment transaction we process is checked by our fraud control systems to validate the authenticity and validity of the payment cards used, as well as indicators of possible fraudulent use.
In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment card in online transactions, most banks and card issuers which subscribe to the Banking Code either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. For a list of subscribing banks see www.bankingcode.org.uk/whosigned_f.htm
